Tasked with upholding the high standards they have set, he embraces this responsibility with enthusiasm and dedication. Eddy is determined to exceed expectations, drawing inspiration from their unwavering support and guidance throughout his life. With a clear vision for the future, he is not only ready for the challenge but excited to contribute to the legacy built before him. You will find Eddy in a variety of roles including designated driver, dispatch, website maintenance, marketing and social media.

The voice on the other end of the phone when you call for a ride, as well as Eddy’s chase car driver, Lily has been Friendly Dial-A-Drivers’ proudest cheerleader since day 1. Often spotted joyfully dashing through the city with Eddy in tow, her laughter echoing off the buildings. Together, they embody a vibrant spirit that inspires friends, family and customers alike. Whether they’re organizing events or brainstorming new ideas, Lily’s everlasting support and organizational skills make her an indispensable part of the team. She never misses an opportunity to spread positivity along with her famous freshly baked goods to inspire the team on any given night.

Arriving in Canada from the mystical depths of Scotland over 50 years ago, John is not just your average designated driver; he’s the legendary OG face of the original Top Notch DD, like a proud standing statue we just can’t replace. With a presence that could charm the brakes off any vehicle and enough stories to fill a novel, there isn’t a ride he hasn’t tackled—from vintage classics that smell like history to modern marvels that practically drive themselves. John can transform even the dullest trip into an adventure, often regaling passengers with hilarious tales that whisk them away to far-off lands. His jovial spirit make each ride feel less like a service and more like a road trip with an old friend at the wheel.

Sandra-Lee is the original phone operator from the Top Notch DD days, she is always ready to help day or night with a grin that could brighten the grumpiest of Mondays. You can spot her cruising alongside John or tailing him in the chase car, armed with snacks and playlists that could make a dull drive feel like a party on wheels. On those wild, chaotic nights, she’s the calm in the storm, juggling tasks like a pro while kicking John’s butt if and when needed! Her infectious energy and wisdom elevate the team’s game.

Chase car extraordinaire – the 5th and final child known in existence to John and Sandra-Lee, Stacey has been a steady fixture throughout the years. Working those busy Friday and Saturday nights and filling in when the team is short, she can always be counted on when needed the most. She embodies what it means to be a team player and always puts the company’s needs first. Her hard work and loyalty have made her an indispensable part of the operation. Stacey’s willingness to step in on short notice keeps the schedule on track and ensures customers are always taken care of.
